Kelly, John Richard, 71, of Pembroke Pines passed away Friday, November 28, 2008. He is survived by his wife Ellen; daughter, Shavoynne Urbanczyk, Bassel; son, Sean Kelly, Steve Munro, Grandchildren: Lauren Urbanczyk, Nicholas Urbanczyk and Destini Garner. Friends may visit from 6-9 PM, Monday at Boyd’s University Dr. Chapel. There will be a Prayer Service 7:00 PM, Monday at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, Dec. 2, 2008 at St. Maximilian Kolbe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens. Family request donations to the American Heart Association.

I’m so sorry to hear that John has passed, I mostly spent time with him during family holidays and will always remember our time together. My love and support will always be hear for you.
