Jose F Diaz, 77, of Vero Beach, died Saturday 6/22/19 and is now resting peaceful with God.  Jose loved his home of Puerto Rico, lived in Connecticut most of his years and then loved his home in Vero Beach FL for his retired years. 

Jose is survived by his wife, Ivette Llorens of Fairfield CT; his sister, Carmen Diaz-Taylor of Vero Beach, FL and brother, Cruz Diaz of Bridgeport CT; his children, Joe Diaz of Boston MA, Leida Cowan-Hougham of Gainesville GA, Brian Diaz of Trumbull CT and Frank Diaz; his grandchildren, Ryan Cowan and wife Danielle Harbison of Gainesville GA, Andrew Cowan and Sean Cowan of Gainesville GA, Julia Diaz and Amelia Diaz of Trumbull CT, Nicholas Diaz of Boston MA and Sabrina Diaz; his great grandchildren, Reagan Cowan and Skyler Cowan of Gainesville GA; his Godchild/niece, Crissy Taylor-Depino of Vero Beach, FL and Godchild, Ricky Mestre of Bridgeport, CT and many nieces, nephews, cousins, family members and in-laws.

Jose was an active member of St Helen’s Church and loved participating in choir.  His children Joe, Leida, Brian and Godchild Crissy would love all family, friends far and wide to attend his service at St Helen’s Catholic Church (2085 Tallahassee Ave, Vero Beach FL 32960) on Sunday 6/30/19 for 2pm Mass followed by refreshments and light snacks in the Parish Hall gymnasium.  We look forward to seeing and hearing from all that have loved and cared for Jose.  Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts to each single person that have been a special part of his life that he loved so much.  God created you, Jose, as a dedicated, hardworking, loving sweet soul so thank you so much for sharing your greatness to all and may you continue your happiness in your heavenly home.  We love you so much and we will celebrate your memory forever!
