Joseph Frank Ostrowski, 88, a loving father and grandfather, of Hollywood, passed way July 20, 2016, after a courageous battle with cancer. Joseph will be sorely missed but his family has peace of mind knowing that he is now with his beloved wife, Concepcion, his sister, Cecilia and his parents, Anthony and Katherine.
