Yanich, Joseph (94) of Aventura passed away on Monday, August 26th, 2019.  Born in Detroit, as a young man Joseph served his country as a U.S. Army Veteran and proudly worked for the Hadassah in Israel for five years, then residing in South Florida for 60 years.  He was a proud activist for the American Jewish Community and socially the pied-piper of Israeli Folk Dance.

Joseph is survived by his wife Lorraine; son Noah Yanich; daughter Yael Yanich; son Eitan Yanich (and his wife Katie); son Yoav Yanich; son Asher Yanich (and his wife Lori Weinstein); and grandchildren Ann, Alex, Rosa, Sadie, and Lionel.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, August 29th at the South Florida National Cemetery promptly at 1:15 pm in Lane #3.
