Karen Lee Uhde, 65, of Davie, passed away peacefully during her sleep on Thursday, September 1, 2016. She was born in Chicago, Illinois, to the late, Robert Uhde and Norma (Walker) Uhde. Karen will be deeply missed by her companion of 30 years, Deborah Lang; brothers, Robert Uhde and Jim “James” Uhde; and a host of friends. Arrangements entrusted to Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care.

I wish condolences to the Uhde Family. Bob and Jim Karen loved and respected you both so much. Pam& Jenny she referred to you as sisters. Not sisters in law. Kelly you were Aunt Karen’s heart she loved you. KC Aunt Karen was proud of the adult you became. Lindsey and Lolo Aunt Karen wanted to spend time with you. Kristine, Karen considered you her niece as well and was looking forward to your wedding. Karen was blessed with family and friends

Karen , I will always treasure the times we shared , on and off the jobs. You were a beautiful lady in and out always smiling and making others feel loved. To Deb and your brothers , I’m praying for you as I know your hearts are full. God , time , and us your family and friends will see you through this sad time. Sleep on my friend I love you.
