Dear Kathy was my date at the Senior Prom and taught me how to make a bunny cake at Easter time. She always had a gleam in her “blue” eyes and Casey gussied her up for every outing.

She will be missed and cherished for many years in our hearts. God bless her and her beautiful family.

Casey has been a rock during Mom’s care and a beautiful example of love and devotion.

I remember meeting Kathy in September of 1950 when you all lived in Opa Locka and before Stevie was born. It was impossible for Kathy to be unkind yet she was a very strong and positive person. She was joyful. In my mind, I will always see her with a happy, laughing face. She was destined for heaven.

Love and Prayers to you all,

Dear Casey, Mike and Stevie,

I think that some of Jason and Cory’s happiest memories are the times they spent with their NaNa. She was shinning her brightest when she was surrounded by her family. When I think of her, I think of the times going to the Beach the “bathtub” in Stuart with the kids in tow or walking around the block on Christmas Eve, only to find out that Santa appeared at the Virok home while they were out. I think of Chicken Paprikash and Chocolate Balls and smiling kids enjoying all. She held the love of the family in her heart and we all felt it when we were in her presence. She is now smiling with Pop in Heaven. Rest in Peace NaNa.

As hard as it may be sometimes for the transition from this earth life to the our promised spiritual life, it is always a comfort to me that we all are covered by God’s grace and His perfect love! Yes even when it is hard for some who do not believe or even when we are in our doubting and unbeleif, God still has faith in us!

God Bless,

Joe Sabino

I remember NaNa as always being a great grandmother to Elizabeth. She took time and made doll clothes for Elizabeth’s American Girl dolls, a beautiful quilt for her bed and a little duck vest that she was so proud of making. We still have all these items which will pass down to Elizabeth’s children.

For several years now we have pictures on our fridge of her yard art. I remember her love of being outside.

Since November she and Casey have sent me weekly get well cards which lifted my spirits.

She will be missed but is now at peace with her heavenly family.

Nana had the kindest and gentlest heart of anyone I know. She had an amazing capacity for love and was an inspiration to everyone who knew her. I am so thankful to have grown up with her and I’ll miss her dearly.

There have been few people in my life that have affected me as much as my grandmother, Nana. Most people tell you how to lead your life, but few lead by example. She was one of these people. Kind, and with a laugh that would light up everyones face around her, she was one of kind. Ill miss you nana, but I know your with Pop now and I can just hear you shouting “Jules!!” from the kitchen, both of you laughing and having a great time…
