Londa Lee Sims, 70, of Fort Lauderdale, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017. She was born in Schenectady, New York, to the late Howard MacCormack and Dorothy (Scalzo) MacCormack. She obtained an Associate Degree and worked as a loan officer in the banking industry. Preceded in death by her grandson, Don William Alvarez. Londa is survived by her daughter, Stacia Richards; son, John (Kathy) Sims; grandchildren, Thomas Richards, Tanner Richards and Savannah Richards; and great-granddaughter, Gianna Amor Alvarez.
