Luisa M. Vega, age 82, of Pembroke Pines, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, March 28, 2019. 

She was born and raised in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She is pre-deceased by her parents, Vicente and Eugenia Vega, her late husband Natividad Vega, and brother, Abraham Vega. 

Luisa is survived by her son, Edwin Vega; daughters, Lydia Fontanez, Myriam Vega, and Evelyn Vega; brother, Antonio Vega, Julio Vega, and Diego Vega; 5 sisters; 11 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. 

Visitation will take place on Sunday, March 31st, from 2:00-4:00 p.m. with Funeral Service at 3:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel.
