Lydia Renta Martinez, age 83, of Sunrise, Florida, passed away February 26, 2024. She was born on October 26, 1940 in Brooklyn, New York to the late Justo and America Renta.

She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Donna “Sabrina” Sanchez; granddaughter, Ciara Tapia; and her nephew, Sean Renta.

Lydia is survived by her son, Ray Sanchez; great-grandson, Angel Dotson; sisters: Eva Luksen and Diane Concepcion; brother, Jack Renta; nieces and nephews: Rachel Bevelacqua, Felix Goyco, Anthony Goyco, Yvonne Castillo, Gary Concepcion, Linda Concepcion, Doreen Concepcion, Susan Concepcion, Dane Renta, and Monique Renta.

Memorial Service to be held on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at 2:00 PM at Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale, 2101 W. Cypress Creek Road, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33309.
