Swartz, Mandi Lynn, 35, of Lake Worth, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 27, 2013. Mandi leaves behind her loving husband, David Allen Swartz; her adored children, Kaije & Kaymen Swartz; and her cherished mother, Julie Warren & her husband, Stephen. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 1, 2013, 10:30 a.m. with a Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at the Calvary Chapel in Deerfield Beach. Interment will follow at the Boca Raton Municipal Cemetery.
