She is survived by her husband Julius Neal, 4 children; Robert Cooper, Leandros Cooper, Marsha Pugh, Elana Cooper , 2 brothers, Stanley Pettigrew, Leonard Pettigrew, 3 sisters, Nadine Lockhart, Tricia Palermo, Varnetta Pettigrew, 9 grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren. Friends may visit from 2-4 & 6-8 PM, Sunday at Boyd Panciera Hollywood Blvd. There will be a Family Receotion 4:00- 6:00 PM, Sunday at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be 7:00 PM, Sunday, Nov. 22, at Boyd Panciera Hollywood Blvd.
