Maria Elvia Valencia, 88, of Miami, entered into eternal life on Thursday, December 3, 2015, at Coral Gables Hospital. She was born on February 25, 1927, in Chinchina, Colombia, to the late Benjamin Valencia and Carmen Castano. She was the loving mother of Carlos Davila and Azucena Rocha.
