Murphy, Martin W. age 74 of Davie, Florida passed away on Sunday, May 19, 2019. He was born in Lewiston, Maine on Tuesday, January 16, 1945 to the late Raymond and Marion Murphy.
He is survived by his 2 sons: Sean and his wife Lisa and Ryan and his wife Kristin; and 4 grandchildren: Caroline, Emma, Patrick and Max.
He was a retired Assistant State Attorney – Broward County, Florida and was a combat wounded Purple Heart Veteran of the U.S. Army serving in the Vietnam conflict.
Mass to be held at St. David Catholic Church, Davie, Florida on Friday, May 24, 2019 at 10:00am, followed by burial with military honors in South Florida National Cemetery, Lake Worth, Florida at 1:15pm.

So sorry to hear of your loss. Years ago I worked closely with your father and he was a man I admired for his intellect. I learned a lot from him as I was just starting out at the SAO and obtained a plethora of knowledge from him. We also shared a lot of laughs…..
