Jacobs, Mary Ann, 76, of Pembroke Pines, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, May 19, 2018. She was born in 1941, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to the late Carl and Ruth Schoenherr. A graduate of Central High School in Fort Wayne, IN, class of 1959. Mary was generous, protective and very easy going, she could speak to anyone as she knew them for years. She loved gardening and enjoyed putting things together such as jigsaw puzzles. She also enjoyed attending craft shows. Her family will remember her as being a great mother and excellent grandmother who always went above and beyond for her family. Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Keith Jacobs. Survived by sons, Gary Jacobs and his wife Nerissa Carpenter, Robert “Bob” Jacobs, John Jacobs and his wife Teresa. Also survived by five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 23, 2018, from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel. Tribute of a Lifetime Service will be on Thursday, May 24, 10:00 AM also at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.

I worked with Ms. Mary for 11 years even though she worked in the front office and I work in the workroom every morning we always greeted each other in the staff kitchen I’ll be fixing my coffee and she’ll just be getting into work she will be truly missed my condolences goes out to the family much love

Mary was a Wonderful person. So sweet, So caring and giving. I worked with her for 30 years and shared so much. I will miss her every day. May she rest in peace.

I worked in the workroom she worked up front Mary she always spoke to me in the kitchen she was a sweet person. She will truly be missed very much. My condolences to the family.
