Mary J. Morse Callas, age 91, a long time resident of Hollywood, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 7, 2018. She was born on November 4, 1926, in Framingham, Massachusetts, the daughter of the late Felix and Helen Phillips. Mary was an Administrative Assistant for many years in the banking field. She then worked in the floral industry until retirement. She will be deeply missed by her family. She is pre-deceased by her first husband, Benjamin Morse, her second husband, William “Bill” Callas, her loving daughter, Janet Gendusa, brother, Bronny Phillips, sisters, Felicia Leland and Irene Takacs. Survived by her children, Richard Morse, Wallis Morse and Helen (Terry) Schwarz; grandchildren,  Debra Marino, Thomas Schwarz, Vincent Gendusa, Edward Gendusa, Tracey Webler and Steven Morse; great-grandchildren, Gianna Marino, Dominic Marino, John Paul Marino, William Gendusa, Jacob Gendusa, Rachal Gendusa, Nathan Gendusa, Hannah Gendusa, Sarah Ann Gendusa, Ryan Morse and Kaitlyn Morse. Graveside Service will be held on Friday, August 10th, 10:00 AM at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.
