Mattie M. Thomas, 85 years, of Hollywood, died peacefully at her home surrounded by her family on Tuesday, April 2, 2019. 

Mattie was born to Charlie and Lillie Brown in Blakely, Georgia on February 22, 1934. She married the love of her life, Alfred, they shared 68 wonderful years together. 

She is survived by her beloved husband, Alfred W. Thomas; daughter, Mary H. Broughton and her husband Darren; 7 grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
