Mercedes Zayas, age 69 in Hollywood, FL passed away on April 13th, 2019. 

 

She was born in NYC, lived in Florida and Tennessee. She achieved her Associate Degree in Business going to night school and worked for the State of Florida for over 20 years in various departments.

 

Her heart was filled with love for her family and friends. She was the best cheerleader, listener and sometimes the dealer of a cold splash of reality when needed. She will always be loved and greatly missed by her family and friends.

 

She is the loving mother to Dennis (wife Katy) and David, grandmother to Katherine, Bryan, and Trinity; and great-grandmother to Jace and Ava. 

 

Her family will have a celebration of her life at a later date.
