Blood, Michael Royce of Hollywood, Florida, passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Saturday Feb 24th. He was 54 years old. Born on June 14th, 1963 in Quincy, MA, to the late Donald W. Blood and Sheila (Faherty)Blood.

After attending Northeastern University, Michael worked for the Penta-G Corporation for many years. In 1998 he moved to Hallandale, FL with his wife Cathy & worked in the construction field and made life long friends. His humor and spirit will be cherished by all who knew and loved him.

He is survived by his wife, Cathy Reynolds Blood; brother, Robert and his wife Carol of Norwood, MA; brother, Jonathan of South Weymouth; sister, Jennifer Clough and her husband Eric Clough of Lunenburg, MA; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral mass will be held on March 17th at The Church Of The Little Flower in Hollywood, FL at 11:00AM followed by a celebration of life (green attire is encouraged) at The Doubletree Beach Resort in Hollywood, FL.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be given to the American Heart Association, www.donatenow.heart.org or the Humane Society of Broward County, www.humanebroward.com/donate/honor-memorial-donation There will also be a Celebration of Life in Massachusetts at a later date.
