Nancy Marie Harris, born on October 15, 1929, in Donora, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at home in Pembroke Pines, Florida, on the late evening of May 9, 2026.

Nancy was the daughter of Louise Ferraton and Domenic Amatangelo. She graduated from Donora High School, where she was known as a beauty queen, before marrying Vincent James Prato Jr. Together they had two daughters, Linda Lee and Janice Lu. Nancy was also the co-owner of Jan Lyn Pontiac with her first husband, Jimmy.

She later married her second husband, George Harris, with whom she traveled the world. Together, Nancy and George built a successful business in insurance sales and home security systems. Known for her beauty and poise, Nancy also worked as a model.

Above all, Nancy was a devoted mother and cherished her family deeply. She is survived by her daughters, Janice Agudo and Linda Caulfield; her step-daughter, Lucy Probio; her grandchildren, Amy Metzger Agudo, Jonas Caulfield, Michele Colbeth, and Kimberly Sokol; her great-grandchildren, Michael McCann, Natalie McCann-Isla, Sofia Sokol, Brianna Bustamante Agudo, and Atlas Metzger; her great-great-granddaughter, Siena Isla; her cousin, Fran Maas; and her beloved feline companion of 15 years, Smokey Blue.

Nancy will be remembered for her strength, independence, grace, and the lasting impact she had on all who knew and loved her.

She will be greatly missed.
