Neville was a good friend from the very first day I met him. He had a great sense of humor and was a very effective Officer in the JDF Reserves. I have every reason to believe that he was equally effective and capable in his civilian undertakings.

I will certainly miss him as a fine brother Officer as well as a terrific human being.

Our relationship dates back to 1968 when we worked at Life of Jamaica. I became acquainted again with the family through our children Chris Ann Marie & Kelly Rob.
