Wagner, Norman C., a U.S. Army Veteran, of Ft. Lauderdale, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 18, 2014, at the age of 85. He is survived by his sister, Ruth Page and his niece, Deborah Guimont. As a gift to science, his body was donated to the University of Miami for medical research.
