Norman Maurice Hazen Jr., age 59 of Cooper City, Florida, passed away on December 1, 2019 with his loving family by his side. He was born on October 21, 1960 in Miami, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his father Norman Maurice Hazen Sr., and his two sons Brian Hazen and Shawn Hazen.
Norman graduated from McArthur High School in Hollywood, Florida in 1978 where he was on the varsity football team.
He loved the beach, bike riding and outdoor sports like fishing.
Norman is survived by his daughter Megan Drake, his son-in-law Chris Drake, his grandsons Conner, Owen and Dawson Drake, his mother and stepfather Sonia and John Lynch, and his three brothers Robert Hazen, John Lynch and Thomas Lynch along with their wives and children.
The Memorial Mass will be held at St. Bernadettes Catholic Church, 7450 Stirling Road, Hollywood, FL 33024 at 10:00 am.

I am so sad to hear of Norman's death. I periodically would ck to see how he was doing. Norman will always hold a special place in Tess and my Hearts . He brought much Joy and Happiness to us. Sonia he loved you Meghan and his Brothers so much. I pray for your Heavy Hearts. I have some pics of him you may want. Rest High on the Mountain Norm.. 💙🙏
