Oscar S. Bravo, age 88, of Miramar, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 12, 2018. He was born on March 7, 1930, in Casa Blanca, Chile, the son of the late Manuel Bravo and Juana Cordero Salas. Oscar had an amazing and brilliant career as a jockey, having won many horse races. He was a great father and fun human being. He will be missed deeply by his daughters, Maria Estrada and Rossana Carrasco; sister, Ana Maria Bravo; niece, Rosana Navarro Bravo; his six grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Friday, August 17th, from 4:00-7:00 PM with a Tribute of a Lifetime Service at 6:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel.
