Every time I was sick she would cook me a poached egg on toast. She would always put extra ice in my pepsi. She taught me how to dive, how to weed a garden, how to can tomatoes, how to take corn off a cob without making a mess and she taught me about life, loyalty, honesty, happiness and forgiveness. Her heart is connected to mine for the rest of my life. Amy

My Mom was a one of a kind mother. She not only taught us how to live, she taught us how to die and I just hope that I can go with that kind of dignity. She was the best mother to my family and friends and we are all better people because of what and how she taught us.

Thank you Mom and though it doesn’t say enough in how I feel, I just want you to know how grateful we are for you.

Rest now my beautiful mother, your suffering is over.

I love you and miss you so very much.

Mom, Your Grace, Class and Courage are the three things that come to mind when I think you. When you moved her 12 years ago, Little did we know the future that awaited us both and how connected at the hip we became. You fought the good fight against many odds especially COPD. We shared many good times and went places together that you once only dreamed of. I was very glad and honored to accompany you on those adventures. We talked a lot these last 12 years but you finally told me you had to go. I accepted your wishes albeit very hardand knew it was time for you to get out of the pain that the struggle for breath COPD brings. Rest is what you now will get. Know that I know you are only a thought away and that you will always be a big part of me. I look forward to the day that we get to be together again. Thanks Mom for all the guidence and memories. It was a heck of a ride. I Love You Mom!!!!

I saw you often and we had some very nice talks at Titus but got to know you better the days your sister and I were with you in Pa. and you were in the hospital . That is all we did was talk and talk, I was so glad to learn so much about you and am sorry we can no longer have those talks or phone calls, in this life. Later God willing

She taught me to always be kind and giving. Always be truthful. Everyone makes mistakes – they are called life’s lessons. Learn from them. Be proud to be a woman and that my opinion matters. She loved strong and hugged hard. I miss her terribly but know she is guiding me and still loving me from heaven.
