Choy, Ping Can, 90, of Pembroke Pines, passed away surrounded by his family on Thursday, July 9, 2015, at Memorial Hospital West. He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Sau Kam Lau De Choy; daughter, Yin Nar Choi de Wong; grandchildren, Kayani Wong and her husband, Delfin Santander and Elvin Katu Wong and his wife, Yolanda Fung; and his great-grandson, Alex Tenfong Wong. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 13, 2015, from 8-10 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel. A second viewing will take place on Tuesday, July 14, from 9-10 a.m. also at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
