Raquel M. Bermudez, 73, a long time resident of Hollywood, coming from Utuado, Puerto Rico, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2018. She was a loving wife who loved being with her family; she would always go above and beyond for them. Raquel enjoyed going to the Vero Beach and absolutely loved flowers, especially orchids and sunflowers. She will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her. She is survived by her beloved husband, Ramon Bermudez; caring children, Luz Marie Negron, Raymond Bermudez, Raquel Bermudez, Virginia Bermudez, Ana Blume, and Gladys Reina; adored grandchildren, Rafael, Enrique, Nicholas, Sabrina, Joseph, Shawn, Eduardo, Joshua, Samantha, Natasha; and 17 great-grandchildren. Visitation will take place on Friday, February 23, starting at 11:00 AM with a Tribute of a Lifetime Service at 1:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
