Our condolences to the family. Bud and I were co-workers at Racal and became good friends over cold beer and pizza at Anthony’s Pizza. A warm and genuinely funny, intelligent, and thoughtful guy, he will sorely missed by all who were honored with his friendship. RIP dear friend.

Bud was one of the best people I’ve ever known, and I’ve known him for over 40 years. When he was a high school shop teacher he and I made a couple of tables in the school shop where he taught. Mine was a dining room table that requires a glass table top to complete it. Bud made a coffee table of the same design. He was able to do so because I over estimated the wood necessary and ended up with all this beautiful maple. I told him then that I’d give anything if my son could have him for a teacher.
