Richard Keith Miller, the beloved only son of Reese and Rena Dismuke-Miller, was born April 26, 1958, in Miami, Florida.

As a young man, he attended Miami Springs Senior High-School. After graduation in 1976, he entered the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a sharpshooter marksman. His career as an irrigation specialist led him to work for the City of Miami Gardens.

Many years ago, Richard met the love of his life, Chrisandra Jones, and solidified their union before God in marriage on July 17, 1995. They spent the last 29 years of his life being devoted and loving each other.

Richard was surrounded by love, and leaves to cherish his memory, his loving family. His children: Timothy, Crystal (Wilner), Skye, Richard Jr., and Reginald; sisters: Wanda Moore and Patricia William; one sister-in-law, Tracey; one nephew-in-law, Caleb; two special nephews: Marquis and Robert Jr. (Tika); special granddaughters: Ce’Raeya, C’Aige, Tyesha, Tilia, and Natalia, and a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He also leaves two special close friends: Willie Taylor and Bob Traitz.

Visitation to be held on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM, with US Marine Corp Military Honors being rendered at 1:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, 1600 N. University Drive, Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024.
