Campbell, Richard R., 91, of Hollywood, passed away on Monday, November 19, 2012. He is survived by his wife, Alberta Bette Campbell; daughters, Candee McKenzie and her husband, Dr. David McKenzie, Kathryn Breeding-Murphy and her husband, Lyndsey and Bethany Lease; son, Richard Raines Campbell; grandchildren, Cathryn J. Nelson and James M., Breeding III, Elizabeth J. McCool and her husband, David and Michael G. Lease; and great-grandchild, Sean Colin McCool.
