In Loving Memory of Bob Moore
Robert C. Moore, Jr. went to be with his Lord and Savior on Monday May 11, 2026. He was born on February 9, 1973 in Jacksonville, Florida to Robert and Celia Moore. He was one of three siblings. In 1980 he moved to South Florida. There he met and married his wife, Rosa Irene Moore, on September 4, 1999 with whom he shared 26+ years of marriage until his passing in 2026.
Surviving are Robert’s wife, Irene Moore, father, Robert Moore Sr., mother, Celia Moore, two brothers, Joseph Ryan (Laura) Moore and William (Donna) Moore, mother-in-law, Caledonia Sanchez, brother-in-law, Alan (Bethany) Sanchez, two nieces, Emma Moore and Anna Sanchez, two nephews, Jackson Moore and Austin Moore; and, many other family and friends who loved him deeply. He was preceded in death by his father-in-law, Eduardo Sanchez.
Bob deeply loved his family and friends, and enjoyed spending time and cooking with those he cherished. Often, he could be found chatting about God’s word, football, music, his French bulldogs, newly found recipes, and reminiscing about past memories. In his later years Bob was an fierce competitor and player of darts, and also an ardent champion of his wife’s artistic painting career. Bob was a successful business owner and operator of an aircraft logistic company by which he blessed his family and church for many years.
Bob’s identity was sealed and secured in the good news of reconciliation to God through Jesus Christ as his Lord and Savior, and was always found reading books and electronic articles expounding on the Holy Scriptures as he lovingly pursued his walk with God. He served Park Road Presbyterian Church with his talent of sound engineering for years; and, outside the church, as an ambassador for Christ, Bob often had conversations with people in the hope of leading them to consider our loving God.
Bob will be greatly missed here on earth; but, we celebrate that Bob is now face-to-face in the presence of his Heavenly Father.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on May 27th, 2026 from 1:00-2:00 PM with a Repast from 3:00-4:00 PM at the Park Road Presbyterian Church located at 500 North Park Road, Hollywood, Florida, 33024
