Joiner, Rose M., 98, of Miami, FL passed away on March 5, 2014. She was born in Chelsea, MA, on February 27, 1916. After working in the Boston Naval shipyard during WWII, she came to Miami in the late 1940’s. She worked many years for the U.S. Postal Service in Miami. She was an active member in her church and enjoyed traveling after her retirement. Rose is survived by her daughter Susan Hennis and her husband Dan, son Steven Joiner and his wife Lya, son Paul Joiner, brother Edmund Niesluk, daughter-in-law Nancy and grandchildren David, Jason and Kristen. She was predeceased by her husband Cyrus and son William. Friends may visit from 5-8 PM, Sunday at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Blvd. Chapel. Funeral mass will be conducted 10:00 AM, Monday, Mar. 10, at St. Maurice Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens. www.bpfamilycare.com
