DI BENEDETTO, Salvatore L., 85, of Pembroke Pines, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018. He was born on December 13, 1932, in Brooklyn, New York, to the late Mario Di Benedetto and Mary (Serrenti) Di Benedetto. Salvatore proudly served this country as a US Marine, he then worked for the School Board in the Maintenance Department. He is survived by his beloved wife, Irene Di Benedetto; and his loving children, Teresa Simmons and John Di Benedetto. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, March 17, 2018, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, University Drive Chapel.
