Welsh, Sarah Estella, 94, of Pembroke Pines, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2011. She is survived by her son, James Welsh and daughters, Betsy Stranahan and Susan Stranahan.

I had the pleasaure of being Sarah’s caregiver, for the past seven months. In that time, she would relay stories to me, about her childhood, and her time, running her farm. We spent countless hours playing cards, with her usually winning the game. I seemed to make her laugh. I am glad that I entered her life, and will always remember her.
