Simone Alexis, 90, of Pembroke Pines, entered into eternal life on Monday, October 24, 2016. Born on September 24, 1926, Haiti, to the late Albert Nerette and Lamercie Jerome. Survived by her long children, Marie Solange Alexis-Jacinthe and husband, St Raphael, Jeanmarie Alexis and wife, Yolette Marc and husband, Joel J. Marc, Emmanuel Paul Alexis and wife, Romaine Alexis, Nancy Alexis-Calixte and husband, Harold Calixte, Jean David Alexis and wife, Yves Clarelle Alexis. Visitation will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016, from 6-9 p.m. at Bethel Evangelical Baptist Church. A second viewing will be held on Saturday, November 5, from 9:30-10:00 a.m. with a Service at 10:00 a.m. at the New Testament Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
