Spencer, Stephen, a native Floridian, of Hollywood, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 11, 2014, at the young age of 59. He was the son of Doris and Charles Spencer. Survived by his beloved wife, Jewell M. Spencer, of Hollywood; and his loving daughter Susan Spencer, of Coral Springs; two brothers and also two sisters.
