Palmer, Sybil M., a loving mother, grandmother and sister, of Miramar, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 19, 2014, at the age of 69. She is survived by her loving daughter, Nofizwe N. Palmer; son, Diallo; sister, Beverley Samuel; brother, Ronnie Samuel; and grandson: Joshua Alexander Palmer. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25, 2014, from 4-6 p.m. with a Funeral Service at 5:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.
