Thomas Reitz died on February 17, 2020 surrounded by his wife Erika, mother-in-law Barbara and dear friend Frank. He was born July 23, 1959 and raised in Miami, Florida where he graduated from Miami Central High School in 1978.
He retired as a Tool and Dye Maker from General Electric and as a Fire Fighter from Boynton Beach Florida. He was known as “Fred” by his coworkers at the Fire Department.
Tom loved to cook and to travel. He enjoyed shopping for treasures, walking and hiking in parks, and playing golf. He was very loyal to his friends.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel on Saturday, February 29, 2020 from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM, with Tributes of A Lifetime and Prayer Service at 3 PM.
In place of flowers, attendants to the service are encouraged to make donations in Thomas Reitz’s name to the American Cancer Society.

We visited twice Tom and Erika and he took us around, had pleasant talks, had lunch with him, He was very nice and I will always remember his kindness and nice person he was. Our love is always with our friend Erika
