Thomas Michael McLocklin (man that lived by the lake, as he would always say) of Davie, Florida passed away on September 27, 2016.
The third child of Francis and Irene, born in Memphis, TN December 1956. Attended Buchholz High School Class of 1975. Children: Kelly Ann (Scott) and Kimberly (Derrick); Grandchildren: Sara, Emma and Hunter. Predeceased by his brother Frank and survived by siblings Ann, Bee Jay, James and Catherine. Also predeceased by his first wife Wanda, the mother of his children and survived by his second wife Susan. Both very important women to him.
Father, brother, friend, baker, poet, outdoors-man, tinker, thinker, reader, gardener and diver. Certainly a man of many interests and pursuits. A lover of all that the outdoors had to offer, a hard worker with a fondness for gathering of friends and family. A charismatic story- teller of note. An intelligent, well- read man, eager to know it all. He loved is family most, yet struggled to show how much. A loyal friend determined that everyone have a good time. Cavalier, yet generous with possessions. A member of the Flowers Baking Co for 26 Years beginning as a teen on the bakery floor rising to Production Supervisor he moved his family throughout the south to manage operations at various bakeries.
His motto: TOMMYCANDO still rings in our minds.
