Tracy Rebecca Leach, 45, of Hollywood, died Saturday, December 1, 2018, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born November 6, 1973, in Danbury, Connecticut, the daughter of Eugene Smith and Denise M. (Leach) Smith.

Tracy graduated from High School in Connecticut. She worked in the Telemarketing Department for a chemical company. 

She is survived by her dear children, Alyssa Leach and her fiancé Paul Dunn, Jr, Tristan Chambers; her loving sister, Tina Fasciglione; her cherished nieces, Haille Fasciglione and Amanda Fisciglione; and great-niece and great-nephew, Mason Fasciglione and Ky’Aisha Newson. 

She was preceded in death by ents, Eugene and Denise Smith.
