Victoria Tamas “Mamaita”, a loving mother, sister and grandmother, of Hallandale, passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2016, at the age of 85. She was born on January 10, 1931, in Sotinga, Romania. She is survived by son, Alexandru (Carmen) Dobrescu; daughter, Liliana (Paul) Peana; sister, Floarea Stroe; grandchildren, Ana-Maria Peana and Liliana Maria Shigaki; and three loving great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Monday, May 30, 2016, from 5-8 p.m. with a Prayer Service at 7:00 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. Funeral Service will be on Tuesday, May 31, 2016, 11:30 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church. Interment will follow at Vista Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
