Rose, Vincent Philbert, 90, of Miami, passed away on Friday, April 12, 2013. He is survived by his daughters, Mazie Rose-Schuler and Karen Rose; and his son, Paul Rose. Memorial Service will be held on Tuesday, April 23, 2013, 11:00 a.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.
