Rohr, Violet M., 83, of Hallandale, passed away on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, after a long illness. Born on January 11, 1931, in New York, NY, to the late John and Bertha Smarr. Violet and her family emigrated to Florida many years ago, where she made a career as a Scrub Technician in the Medical field. She will be missed by her dear family and friends. Survived by her beloved husband, Joseph Rohr; her 3 devoted daughters, Elizabeth Juan Sandoval, Joan Vega and Denise Brazinski; her loving grandchildren, Juan Sandoval, Joelle Sandoval, Jamie Sandoval, Denise Vega, Melissa Vega and Jared Vega; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Jahziah Sandoval and Jahcierra Sandoval. Visitation will take place on Monday, July 14, from 6-8 p.m. with a Tributes of a Lifetime Service at 7:30 p.m. at Boyd-Panciera Hollywood Boulevard Chapel. Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, July 15, 10:00 a.m. at Annunciation Catholic Church.

The service and Mass was beautiful, just as you would want it. It’s hard to believe you”re gone. Now you are in a better place, no more suffering and you’re with your MIKEY. Your grandkids did you proud at the service. We always will remember you and your love. Joanie
