William Bill Andrew King, 79, of Ft. Lauderdale, died May 31, after a long battle with cancer. Bill served during the Korean war in her Majesty’s Royal Canadian Navy. Bill was a truck driver who went to the opera. He was an avid reader, and loved to fly and animals. Bill is survived by his wife Beth, children Maggie, Debbie, Paula, Dorothy, Arlene, Charlene and Diana, stepson’s David and Greg, grandchildren, Joseff, Christopher, Marsha, Malcolm, Samantha, Sabrina, Michael, Chase and great grandchildren. Sadly his only son Billy died in 2007. The family would like to thank Lydia and Randy for all their love and support. Our Father donated his body to the University of Miami. Our family will have a tribute to his life in the future. Dad would love his family and friends to donate to your local animal shelter.
