Ysnard Lazaro Garcia, of Miami Gardens, died Saturday, February 22, 2014, at the age of 83. He was born in Santiago, Cuba, to the late Benigno G. Garcia and Ana Rosa Justina Hodelin. He worked for many years in the Construction Industry as a Painter. Survived by his beloved wife, Katherine Garcia McCardle and his son, Ysnard Garcia.
